All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and card payments.

Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days within Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka, handled by our courier partners.

Damaged or incorrect items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection.

Affiliate commissions and wholesale pricing are subject to program-specific terms provided upon approval and may be updated periodically.

Taraz Tea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
